Erev Shabbat Service
October 2 at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Erev Shabbat services begin on Friday at 6:30pm. These services are especially musical, often with a band of congregants accompanying the Cantor. Usually around an hour, these services are filled with a lot of spirit. It’s not uncommon to see people dancing in their seat or hear the whole congregation clapping their hands. Friday night is intergenerational. Glance around and see senior citizens sitting beside religious school families both getting something out of the services.
In the summer months, services are led by members of the congregation with support from our clergy.
