Erev Shabbat Service ~ Installation of Rabbi James Feder
November 21, 2025 at 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Join us for the Erev Shabbat service on Friday, November 21 at 6:30pm for the installation of Rabbi James Feder as our Assistant Rabbi.
What is an installation? A chance to formally welcome a member of our clergy team after they have settled in their position. In short, it’s a ritual of welcome and mutual affirmation, inaugurating the sacred relationship between a rabbi and the community they will lead. Together we will pray, share blessings, and hear from one of Rabbi Feder’s mentors, Rabbi Rebecca Birk, rabbi of Finchley Progressive Synagogue in North Finchley, London. A celebratory oneg to follow.
