Sarah Larson has been a TNT trustee since 2012.  She served as VP of Early Childhood from 2013-2016 and joined the executive committee once again in 2023 as VP of Membership. Throughout her time as a lay leader with TNT, Sarah has participated in multiple task forces and committees. Sarah also serves as a trustee of the Jewish Community Housing Corporation (JCHC) in West Orange, NJ (2017-present). JCHC provides senior housing at four locations in northern New Jersey with a range of services and costs, all in a traditional Jewish environment. Sarah is also an active volunteer for local democratic political campaigns and on the school PTA.  Her professional background is in health care planning. At the Visiting Nurse Service of NY (VNSNY 2005-2016), Sarah developed and implemented programs for underserved populations in New York City with innovative service and payment models, while also supporting the CEO and onsite research center by managing special projects.  Before her work with VNSNY, Sarah was a consultant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ Health and Welfare practice, specializing in health plan accreditation compliance.

Sarah holds an M.B.A. in health policy and management from Brandeis and a B.A. from Penn State University. She currently resides in Montclair, NJ, with her husband Todd and children Eliza (15) and Charlie (13), both of whom are proud products of TNT’s early childhood and religious school programs. Sarah has visited Israel three times, first in 1989 as a teen with Masada, in 2009 on a Women’s Philanthropy Mission with UJA and most recently as a local community leader in 2019 with the Jewish Council on Public Affairs.
